Default Transmission rebuild kits

Marlin no longer provides them (and they were too expensive IMHO anyway - dunno if he was trying to make them not compete with his rebuild business?).

Anywho, there is a fella on YotaTech who does, and at a reasonable price. OEM bearings and synchros.

Article on tranny rebuilds (R151 in this case, but all are similar):

i bought my 99 taco for $500.00 because it had a compleatlly wasted tranny and i had to do a %100 rebuild i went to http://www.cobratransmission.com/ there super nice still a family run busniess.. thell even get into a live online one on one chat room with you thew your email... if you have questions.. and the will take the time to look it up and call you back.. i need a complete master rebuild kit and tourque converter with complete valve body kit.. what the had to look up was the valve body kit.. there were 3 diffrent kit options for the a340e... good luck.. .. they sell parts for almost every transmission on the market.. granted there web sight isnet that great at alll.. but from a scale of 1-10 of how pleased i was with the service it was by far a 10.. best customer service ive had from a busniess in years..
