Default Congrats to the Saints!

I thought the first half was a little ho-hum. It seemed like the Colts were their usual self: an unemotional machine that would slowly just grind NO up. The Saints seemed to be playing to the script as they appeared to be off balance and over whelmed by it all.

I think coach Payton realized that and adopted an "All or nothing" approach. Give him credit for having the cojenes to make the onside kick call.(Wouldn't you have liked to have seen what was going on at the bottom of that scrum?)

If the Colts had ended up with the ball it's likely the score would have been 17-6 shortly thereafter and the momentum would have stayed with the Colts.

I really wish Manning hadn't thrown the pick that ended the game, it would've been better to see them go in to OT tied 24-24 for the first sudden death Super Bowl. But it was still a great win by the Saints as it was.

Hard to believe their organization went the first 21 seasons without even a winning record.

Great game. I thought it actually picked up the second quarter. Seems like NO adjusted like the Broncos only do in our dreams. Cojones indeed.
