Very nice trucks, but 100K? That's crazy.

I think if I were looking for an ultra reliable land cruiser to have for african excursions or on my priviate island it wouldn't be one with a bunch of heim joints, a late model american v8, and fancy stuff underneath it. But they do look like nice trucks.

Give me a totally restored leaf sprung desmogged truck with stock toyota parts and ARB's. That way when something happens I can fix it with stuff that MIGHT be availble where I'm at.

But hey, that's me and apparantly I'm not in the market for one so why does it matter..

I love how the one guy keeps talking about CJ's and Cherokees. Its a FJ and they are Land Cruisers.

I saw one at the Land Rover dealership on Havana. Nice but, would have to agree I want something that I can get parts for. It is hard to go into Napa and request a part without knowing who made it or what it is meant to fit.
