Default April fooled......Bad!

So let me begin this story with a CL ad posting. I shared a CL ad here in the for sale section about an 83 FJ40 with nice pictures of it with NY plates. You all may remember? 1983 FJ40 for 500.00 that was sold almost instantly?

let me remind you with a pic.

Later that day. I got an email saying that the cruiser was mine if i wanted it. I nearly leaped out of my skin with joy. The time to pick it up was marked for today in Castle Rock. I come to this warehouse where is allegedly garaged...

From around the corner my brother and sister in law are wheeling this!!

Out of a shoebox is a mustard (mustard is my fav cruiser color) colored Fj40 shell over a jeep RC car.
The whole CL ad was for the sole purpose of fooling me.
My wife, brother, and sister in law were all in on a joke. I was ready to sell my rust bucket thinking I lucked out with a beautiful rig (good thing I didn't). Hook, line, sinker, the joke was all on me.
