I'm leaning towards the green. 1/2 the 40 is almond color & the other 1/2 is sage green. Being that this is a toy, & will get scratched, I wanted colors that I could easily touch up. Therefore, these are the two colors:

I'd go with the green. Looks pretty good. I am partial to black and white though...

Ah yes. My first 40 (a '78 in 1990) was a similar shade of rattle can. Avacado Green if I recall. Need to scan a photo and post it sometime.
