supposedly one is worth ~$200 of metal on the BM nowadays

platinum is going for $1500oz and increasing but still lower than the 2300oz it was once at.

They contain a small amount of Platinum, which is more costly than gold these days, around $1500 an oz. As precious metals go up and the economy continues to fall expect more of this.

I'm going to be working on your 4runner tomorrow when the parts come in. They might not get much money off of yours, they didn't take it from the flange on the front side. From what i have heard, the scrappers are only allowed to buy cats with both flanges intact.

1 cat, 1 muffler, 1 oxygen sensor, 1 exhaust hanger, oxygen sensor plug, and a bunch of gaskets.......really expensive when replacing with Toyota parts.

I like your color matched sliders and ARB bumper, nice touch.

just drive a 40. No Cat, and the rest of the metal is usually too rusted for scrap.
