I should? Man, I don't! Don't recall ever hearing the name Jeff Jackson, either. Hmmmm.

He was a little before my time, I guess. I'm going to guess the red 40 is Madison Wilhelm. He went through so many trucks in his short time in the club it was tough to keep up with what he was driving.

I think the floating head is Amber as that is the Toepper truck right behind the Spratlin's.

That is Madison's FJ40, pretty sure he had those Wet Okole seat covers and I remember him having a Hi-Lift out front like that.

Gentlemen, you are correct! That was the red 40 he brought to Moab when the timing gear shredded and he spent 2 days in Slickrock Campground fixing it. The only run he got to do was Saturday, Golden Spike.

This one's for Uncle Ben since he mentioned him earlier in the thread...

I've only been out on this one trip with him and I haven't forgotten him!

By the way, where is this obstacle located? I know it's on Hackett Gulch, but what part? I've been down there a couple times recently and I don't recognize it...is it on the "other" side of the river?

I don't think this section of trail can be reached except on foot these days...but that's just because I don't recognize it from the couple of times I've been down there in the past year...
