Default battery tray foam (ultimate tech)

Where is it supposed to go? #25 and #26 in the picture.

I guess if you believe the picture, then 25 (which is two square pieces about 4" x 4") goes on that corner next to the radiator. 26 is shaped like a trapezoid, and has sticky tape on the bottom. I can't really figure it out....

My engine bay has the extra cooling mod- no radiator foam, no battery tray foam, the little wipers above the headlights are gone... yeah they were all on there once but life happens I guess. :meh:

Yea - the foam came with the 2nd battery tray I ordered. I've got it all put together without the foam, and I don't see any obvious places where I'd get excessive rubbing or rattling, so I was just curious.

The only foam I remember was along the radiator, I'll take a look tonight

when i got the second bat tray from the junkyard, the foam pieces were essentially right where the pic shows. i think in most cases, it's fallen off or rotted away.

I personally like the Home Depot Battery Tray.

Looked at mine (93) and the only foam is along the vertical edge at the fan shroud/radiator
