Thanks Treeroot and Terry, my dad cut the hose, worked it off, it sounds like he bent the pipe just a bit, and got it back together with fancy blue silicone hoses! No leaks yet...

He said it fought him the whole way.

A little late to the party but from what I read on MUD a 12mm flex head ratcheting box wrench is the trick for the bolt on the back.

I never tried mine out as I paid my mechanic to do the PHH when I originally got the truck. Blue hose should insure I never have to go there again

my dad tried a flex head ratchet with no luck. A flex head ratcheting box wrench would probably be able to make it work.
