I like the Tesla terminals you have. Those transmit over air, right?

I had to replace one of my Diehard Platinums last month, and was watching Sears pretty religiously for a sale. The sales are pretty good on the non-marine variety (i.e., group 34 for $175 versus $225), but the marine batteries don't seem to go on sale much, and if so it might be $20 off or less. I stuck a link directly to the DHP 34M on my browser banner, and just clicked it several times a day to monitor the prices. There were several days where a sale would only last part of day or up to a day.

Default is this someone in RS?

OK...I'm not ready to 'confess' anything, yet. But part of me wants to turn my Subaru into a 100 series after driving Nakman's near Tusher Tunnel a couple years ago. (giving me the tri-fecta and neat mathematical combination of 40+60=100.

is this someone's here?:

I'll "confess" to canceling my comprehensive auto insurance and reducing my coverage to the minimum legal amount required by law. It's duck tape and spray paint from now on.

The 100 is stepping down from DD duties.

Really? Who is your insurance carrier? I used to do that on the 40 until I asked them what it actually cost with a low mileage per year. It was silly not to keep it. I'm with USAA, so maybe your results will vary.

And on the original topic, I still have zero regrets going from 80 to 100 for what we do. I did some mild wheeling in the limo and it was sweet. Plenty of power to tow the camping trailer, trail capability, and good mileage & ride to boot. Sure, there are "better" wheelers, but for most of what I do this is enough, and the street use is SO much sweeter. If I want to crawl a twisty, I still have the 40.

Default teaser...

I'm "this close" to making a confession. Here's a teaser shot. It's not in the driveway yet, but Bill of Sale has been signed and I think this is actually gonna happen....
