Very nice shots Mike!

We stayed up to watch it too. I thought about trying to take a photo, but decided that I didn't feel like fiddling with trying to find the proper menu options on my digital to get it set manually, probably only to find that I probably couldn't get it any slower than my 35mm 0.5 sec max, which wouldn't work anyway with the ISO 400 I have on hand.

Plus it was REALLY cold up here, in the 20s.

But we have some awesome memories of a truly once in a lifetime event - the next lunar eclipse on the winter solstice won't be until 2094!
