We have 235/85x16 BFG ATs on our 2000 4Runner with no lift. They are tall but I can't get them to rub at all. I really like tall skinny tires.

I like that Y742S, going took more into that one.
The photo in my sig is of my truck with no lift and 235/85. They have never rubbed. Make sure when you buy your new 16" wheels to get the correct backspace for your truck and you'll be fine.

I bought my first set of Y742S from Tirerack but they don't seem to carry the 235/85 anymore, just the 7.0-15. Big-O is a Yoko dealer so that's where I'm going to order them next time.

I do need tires, but no right now for such trivialities. If you decide to get the Y742S, tel us where you get them and for how much.

Just got a set of Goodyear DuraTrac for $165 at Discount, getting them mounted tomorrow.

Have to give 5 stars to Discount Tire and the manager Matt Walters on 2446 South Colorado Boulevard! Customer service is second to none!
