Who knows what it is? Near Tres Piedras coming home from Santa Fe. The second pic gives it away.

In the side view you can see it leaking, so it is probably Italian. j/k

Sorry, Stephen, I think you got it right after all. I was thinking it was a different model but since you said Bugatti, you are close enough - it's a VW powered Bugatti Boattail Speedster replica.
