Default Inexpensive paint option

I have started to use my 94 80 as a daily driver. The top and the hood are in pretty bad shape from sun damage. I don't necessarily want to get the whole thing painted, but was wondering if there are any inexpensive/decent painters that would paint the hood and the top.

I know this is not the right way to do it, but it is a truck and not a show car. Any references would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott

Scott,

Sorry we keep missing each other on the phone

When this thread popped up awhile back I remembered our discussion not too long ago:

My other thought is if you are looking for inexpensive maybe a place like Maaco etc. could respray the top and/or hood for relatively cheap.

I took a tailgate for my Bronco to Sams on Oxford just east of Santa Fe. They painted it to match my truck, didn't take too long and were reasonably priced. It has been on there for four or five years and still looks great.
