Default My 2008 Prius won't stay in drive

Seems odd. This is my first tech post and it's on my Prius. But, I'm thinking it's fair game to ask about it here before I have to take it to the dealer. I'll understand if I get no responses. Hopefully Timztoys or BVB might have seen this before.

It was really hot the other day. We were coming back from "Splash". Shifted to "B" coming off the interstate as normal for re-gen. Shifted to "D" again to start accelerating and it automatically moved back to "N". I had to hold the shift lever on "D" to continue. Same thing for reverse. Now it's fine and it hasn't happened again but I expect it will in the future.

If you Google "prius wont stay in drive" you get quite a few hits/threads on the topic. Not an uncommon issue from the looks of it.
