2011 40's Only Run (Argentine Pass)
You guys are taking too long to post pics. I've already washed the 40, eaten dinner, and have started to go through the photos and video from today.
Awesome time! Here's 5 pics to start it off... I'll probably edit/label these later... What was the total count? We had a lot more 40s than I would have guessed. Dan

I had a wonderful time today. Thanks, Martin, for another great 40s run! My appreciation to Rick, Mitch, and Justin and anyone else I forgot, for their help with my little vapor lock problem at the top. Man what a beautiful place to sit for a while.

Thanks to everyone who attended. It was a lot of fun having all the old 40's out. We had a pretty nice day and it was great to finally get to the top of Argentine pass with no thunderstorms, and even better to see 20 40's parked up there.

Absolutely stellar run today. Keith (buddy in from out of town) and I had an absolute ball. The weather couldn't have been better either, and the company was wonderful.

Here's 5 more photos: I haven't refueled the 40, but would you guys hate me if I told you that it's BARELY under "F"? What if I told you that after dinner I drove Dad to DIA and back up to Idaho Springs? I'll probably refuel it in the morning, just to see what the days' fun consumed, for grins and giggles. That completes the best of my photos (and some you you have already posted WAY better ones), but now I'm sifting through the stuff that the GoPro captured... Dan
