Those military trailers are pretty bomb proof! I'm excited to see you do some work on it.

Plans?

in the trailer or garage? Pops packed the trailer, the garage, I know where everything is. need more room though

subzali, I got 76 knuckles, a 3 and 4 sp bell housing, trannys, trans, rare fj60 head with no air rail ports, heaters, rear axle, rear 55 springs, late model roll bar, 76 hood, 6 disk rims, 6 mini propane bottles, 2 nato cans, 1 jerry can and bunch of other chit I can't remember right now. Best find was my brothers msr white gas fuel bottle. I needed another one of those and he ain't been usin it

I did a full restore probably 8-9 years ago. Disassembled everything. Sand blasted down to bare metal and painted with zero rust, interior herculined. It got all new wiring, lights, shocks, springs, bushings, drain plugs, brakes, bearings, etc. It's got a rear receiver on it (to haul bikes) and fj60 spare tire carrier with another oem rim and dncc tire underneath. I kept the dented patina.

I'll probably keep it like it is to haul much, rock, dead elk etc. I may build a lid but I want it removable for the prementioned. First thing is probably to replace the dry rotted ndcc tires. Other than that i ain't building an adventure trailer. I had plans way back when for maybe something like that but I got a popup for the fam and for solo a tent is just fine so it'll stay utility.

no, it's got oem mil 16 rims. 7-16 ndcc tires. It's got it's own spare so no need to change anything to match a specific cruiser. besides that's way too hard when you have multiple.

I dunno. probably used mostly with the 70 but I need to rig up a hitch to tow it. The 80 pulled it fine. no trailer brakes suck though.

build a cruiser starting with those parts. I have something up my sleeve though.

I also found a 40 bumper, clutch parts, 60 ps box and some old clam shell barrcrafters ski rack

Cool trailer Wes. Makes me wish I hadn't ripped the trailer wiring out of my 40 when I re-wired the rear lights. A set-up like that with the roof top tent attached would make the 40 a decent family-camp-mobile.
