Wait a minute now. I can offer ball joint spacers /and/ pre-cut upper arms, bada bing, bada boom, sub hour bolt-on IFS lift. :-)

PM sent, John!

Dave- I'm trying to clarify with John what he means by ball joint kit... I'm still pretty ignorant when it comes to this IFS stuff. I'm familiar with ball joint spacers, and these were part of my long term plan for the truck...

However, before I do any lifts, I'd like to swap out the auto hubs with an Aisin set to prevent excessive front axle wear. Any leads on these?

Are those the same wheels as 4runners have? I thought they were different than 4runner wheels?

Ball joint spacers are blocks of aluminum that go between the upper ball joint and upper control arm that effectively lift the front end of our trucks about 1.5" without changing the arm-to-torsion bar aspect. People also just turn the pre-load on the bar up lifting the front end but this has a negative effect of making the truck ride very harsh. I believe John has the same ones as me, SDORI, which is really the only ones you want. You'll need longer shocks (I run OME) and I could not use factory wheels with them. Not sure if that's true on T100 trucks, though.

I have a pair of Aisin manual hubs that I probably will never need. Do you have auto hubs or ADD? It makes a slight difference in what you'll need to convert. ADD only requires unbolting the drive plates and installing hubs, but Toyota auto hubs would mean you'd need I think a few outer axle parts. I can look tonight in the book if you want.

I'm 99.99963% sure you have ADD. Maybe the truck does, too. ;-)
