GOod news. It's amazing what they will get into. I'm sure that many personal stories could be told.

I glad it was something that could be pulled out. How old is Porter? My Mal used to eat crazy stuff when she was younger but seems to have developed a more discriminating taste as she has aged - she's 7 now.

Porter is 6 1/2 years old. He has always seemed to eat stupid stuff. Mostly socks and other stinky stuff. But his most impressive was a tennis ball. I did not know he did that until he fired it out the opposite end This is the first time he has not been able to return his snack to the world himself.

Anyway the vet called this evening after he woke up form surgery. Report was good. He got a walk outside before they put him in the crate for the night. As long as his food stays down in the morning it looks like he will be home with family tomorrow night. Bridger has been asking for him.:puppy kisses:

Thanks for all the support today. Its been a tough week dealing with a sick dog. Looks like all will be better very soon.

Now that we know the surgery was a success, on this comment. Really glad he is ok and maybe Bridger knew something was us when he was so proud to point out Saturday's puke.
