Default Contractor Recommendations

Need recommendations for a ton of work. We're trying to keep cash positive, so price is fairly important. They want to demand stuff with a quick objection deadline, they either get commiserate work or the smallest cash equivalent. I have to have estimates immediately, got until Tuesday 6/19/12 to respond.
  • Sewer line repair - Apparently there are breaks in our sewer line. Go figure the f'n house is 92 years old.
  • Roofer - Need 5 year certification and/or estimate for the absolute cheapest roof possible.
  • HVAC - Need someone to clean & certify our furnace.
  • Electrician - Need to raise the service to the garage up to 10 feet, which is code now but in 1920 it was fine the way it is. Got TJ Electric and Applied Electric from another thread.
PM or reply ASAP.

Good point, we are within the City of Denver and all this entails for licenses.
