Default Bowagw 2012

It was a great day to ditch work and cool off in the hills. Easy day with no mechanical failures, just lots of good folk and nice Toyota 4x4s! There were 4 100 Series, 4 80 Series, a 60, 2 40s, 2 Tacos and an FJ Cruiser. Hope I got that right.

Thanks to Matt for heading things up, and to everybody for making it so easy and fun. Here are a few pics:

Disclaimer: Hopefully someone with a better than 3.2 megapixel camera will post up some pics.

Thanks to Matt for leading the group, and Dan for pre ordering pizza that was hot and ready as soon as we arrived. The weather could not have been better. A little (much needed) rain and we were running all day just under 60 degrees. We really enjoyed the last part of the trail where we picked up speed and ran "Baja Style" over the humps and dips. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more, me or Keagan. I'm thankful he's able to enjoy these good times with me.

The 100's were well represented, and if I could remember his exact words I'd add it to my signature.... While driving Tim's 100, Matt said something to the effect of "Man, these 100's are so smooth, I may be a convert" But, it was quietly on the HAM while everyone else was on Ch4 of the CB.

I only got a few pics, but the last one says it all. Keagan was BEAT from all the excitement. Thanks to all who attended for making this a great day to be up in the mountains with good people.

Here are a few videos I took that day. I got most everyone on the trail somewhere but if I missed you I am sorry

Matt, Thanks for the event and look forward to more.

It appears I don't know how to upload my videos. Any ideas?
