Default Squealing bearing - 80 series

The 's 80 has something squealing in the engine bay...I'm suspecting it is a pulley or pump...

Any common culprits I should check, and should it be parked until fixed?

I'd post up the sound file I recorded but I doubt that would help much...I don't think it is the belts (they are maybe 3 months old) and it isn't the slipping belt sound. Other than the noise, no other issues or problems but I don't want whatever it is to seize and cause other problems...

Use a sqirt gun or spray bottle and try squirting a fine stream of water at various rotating/moving things in the front of the engine while its running. If you can get the sound to change, you found the problem.

Extra tension-er pulley on the 2 main belts? I recall some folks have had that go out.

I ruled that out because it is at the wrong end...And I verified that the blinker fluid is full so I'm good there as well

The A/C idler bearing is pretty easy to swap out. I got a Japan one at Napa. some people run without the alt idler pulley but I left it in.

Smog pump, alternator, AC compressor are all suspects along with the AC idler. The water pump will typically weep before it squeals, and the PS pump will spew before it squeals.

My money is on the AC idler pulley. If I recall its about $60 from CDan for OEM.
