Default My New Bumper and Winch

So after months of searching c-list for a 8274, I came across a winch advertised as "up right warn winch". I called and he confirmed it was a 8274. Picked it up for $400 bucks. I popped the top cover and there was a nice mix of oil and water in the bottom...probably original oil from 1986. After a good cleaning, I installed new seals and oil. The day after I picked up the winch, Rezarf posted his home built bumper for sale. Can't beat that timing! I cleaned up the bumper and applied 3 coats of rattle can gloss black. I had a new cable and fairlead for a previous winch to finish off the install. Nice upgrade IMO.

Very nicely displayed 8274! Now, go pull out some stumps or Jeeps with it...

Looking very sharp. Nice work. That should soften up those front springs a bit
