Default Great Body Shop in Denver for Classic Land Cruisers?

Hey Rising Sun,

I recently got into a small fender bender in my 1985 FJ60, and assume work will be challenging due to the scarcity of parts. I also have been told by my insurance that their go-to service center for bodywork doesn't work on 1985 and older vehicles. Does anyone out there have a great & recommended bodyshop in the community for the classic steel that's somewhere in or near Denver?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Give Nylunds a call. They do great work on expensive stuff, and might be able to help.

To the original poster, what did you end up doing? I'm looking for some cheap rust repair, and not the expensive repair work that the big insurance body shop would do because they warranty their work for the life of the car and if they just do rust repair, it's not going to last forever.

So, I am looking for something similar in the south metro area and interested in what people would recommend. I have a 97 FZJ-80 and have some rust around my windshield and on the rear upper hatch.

I used absolute auto care in Englewood for my fj40. Very reasonable, just a small shop run by a husband and wife. If it's around the windshield frame then the headliner will likely have to come out if it's bad. It's going to be a chunk of change unless it's not cancerous rust.
