Default mini van tire recommendations?

I searched but came up empty... any recommendations here for a solid mini van tire? VW Routan, FWD... 225 65 r17 is what's on there now. Current ones came stock and lasted about 36,000 miles, which is what's on the van now, currently measuring 3/32.

This is what I've been running on my wife's car for the last 2 sets:

I picked 'em after they got strong reviews on an MDX forum I visit, and the Tire Rack reviews are equally solid. And about $50/tire cheaper than the Michelins previously installed. Bought them at Big O in Louisville.

We have Goodyear Assurance TripleTred All Season tires on our Honda minivan, and they have been really good. Got 'em at Discount Tire.

Check them out here.

I put Bridgestone Dueler H/T's on our Honda Odyssey. My wife really likes them a lot. If I had to replace them, I'd go with the same ones again.

Is there a Kubelwagen style tyre available in a 7.00r17 or so? Maybe from Continental or Metzeller. The TypeII crowd would be trying to configure reduction axles into the Routan. I suppose I should go out and find my self a split window bus already so I can stop typing these silly posts.

Nokians, we had the original version of the WR's on the Subaru when we lived in Frisco. Great all season tire.
