Default FJ40 Transmission or Clutch issue

Hello All, I have a 1978 FJ40, 96K original miles. I did not drive the car for for 15 years while I was overseas, so a lot of things rotted (hoses, gaskets, etc...) I have had those items replaced and for the past four years driving maybe 400 miles a year on it...so not much. Recently when I drive it, no matter which gear I put it in, you can punch the gas, the engine revs up but it is not transferred to wheels for a good minute, but eventually gets there. I do not know enough about clutches or transmissions to know which is going out. Can anyone help me?
Thank you in advance.

Either your clutch master or slave isn't returning (hydraulic issue) or your pressure plate or clutch fork is somehow binding (mechanical). My guess would be something in the slave or master. You could have someone watch the clutch fork at the bellhousing while you press the pedal, see if it is slow to return.

Clutch is probably shot. Has it gotten worse gradually or did it all of a sudden just happen?
