Larimer Cty 27 not far from Masonville. There is a bridge that is washed out, which ruins a nice road bike route.

Its embarrassing to show this as flooding after what we see up north. For any normal day, photo 2 is still high.

The aerial photos were taken by Larimer County Sheriff Justin Smith.

big change in weather down south, from nice and sunny with no wind to big storm.

A house in my neighborhood was a weather setup and posts results on the internet

rainfall rate peaked at 6.55 in/hr, now 2.65 in/hr with wind gusts to 37 MPH

Periodic hail as well

also dropped 25 deg F in less than an hour

Taft and 1st are open again in Loveland and all of I-25 is open. Red Feather is under flash flood warning again. Overhead, the National Guard has been running Chinooks all day evacuating people, 1,200 people from Pinewood Springs alone and another 125 from Big Elk Meadow.

This is the road to Robbie's house. I have other friends there and I used to live there. The other road he mentions is the side road to Robbie. We can fill and drive that! (Disclaimer: of course there are drop offs on the side of these these mtn roads)

Latest word is they are warning people that evacuation from Drake and Glenhaven will be long term, 3 months or more. So some people are choosing to stay with their houses and tough it out knowing that they might not have access in or out for a while.

No, not much. The Colorado is a little muddy but it's not running awfully high. These storms are mostly hitting the front range
