Default I feel like we should do SOMETHNG...

With all the devastation in our state our neighbors are suffering - how can we help!? Some areas have been completely cut off - they are talking about building make-shift bridges to get to/from their communities - how can we help them before the cold season is here?! I'd like to help - what can I do?
