Default New member intro

Hey folks. I got voted into the club Wednesday, so I figure it's time I formally introduce myself.

I bought my first Toyota (a 2005 Double Cab Taco) last year. It's been an adventure already. Thus far I've installed a dual battery system, a refrigerator, a solar panel, and a bunch of electrical whizbangs. Next up is a 2m radio and some sliders I bought from an RS member.

I also have done a little work on my fiancé's 99 4Runner. We would both really like to one day own a 40 series.

My day job is answering questions about poisoning at the Rocky Mountain Poison Center. In my free time I like to make stuff out of wood, fly fish, ride bikes, and try to tire out my dog. I've also recently picked up HAM radio, but only own a Baofeng thus far so haven't done much with that.

Thank you all for all the help you've already provided me. I hope to one day start returning some of those favors!

Cheers,
Keith

Welcome Keith. I don't really care what your preference is in undergarments. You have Toyotas so you're okay by me!

Cool, brother. Let me know if you ever want to trade that Taco for a classic '89 extended cab :-)

Sweet call, BTW! I'm WĜALE!

Glad everyone likes my callsign. I was hoping a vanity call sign wouldn't be looked at like a vanity license plate...

Dave, I plan to keep my Taco until it is about as old as your pickup. So, I will entertain trades in a couple decades. In the meantime, I'm gonna keep pouring money into it.

Welcome.... I was hoping vanity license plates wouldn't be looked at like a vanity call sign.... Just kidding. See ya on the trails.

P.S. If you need help with that 994runner, let me know, I've had everything off at one point or another on mine.
