I struggled with finding a set of E ratd tires for my old dodge tow rig with 17in wheels. Hancook makes the Dynapro ATM that is E rated, but they can be hard to balance some times. They work very well in the snow.

I am impressed with the Duratracs in the snow. The sidewalls are stupid soft though. If Goodyear offered the E rating in a 17", it might be the perfect tire.

I had them balanced today and they only needed 26 wheel weights per tire.

The "E" rated sidewalks are no stiffer on my 16's. Still paper thin.

was nice to get to watch yours work in the snew last weekend! we'll be getting a set of these for our truck and suv soon. Discount tire in broomfield quoted us a price quite lower than you paid... but these are 16's for us, and part of the good deal was bringing in both vehicles at the same time.

I'd second these. I love mine and will be getting 60-65k out of them. They handle snow great and I've never cut a sidewall even when running 10-12psi.

The next truck will be getting them in 35s, 35x12.50R17LT E121Q

Definitely check with Discount. I've always had really great interactions with them.

Mine have been wearing very well too. No idea how many mines as they only see the winter season. But half way through winter #4 it looks like a few more to come.
