It looks like it spent its life as a work truck/dog house, but it's in pretty good condition considering the mileage etc. Scrapes and dents here and there with lots of sun cancer on the roof and hood. Next thing is add a leaf in the rear, and install lift shackles and shocks to get it ready for Cruise Moab. Changing fluids, tune up and fixing the electrical nightmare in the engine compartment should be getting done soon too!

YAY! Another 60 in the club. Last year at Cruise Moab there were only a handful, like around a half dozen. Most of the truck demographic is about 1/3 FJCs, 80s and 40s, with around 15% split between every other model, even 100s.

Looks great and makes me wish I had kept the wheels from my FJ Cruiser.

Looking good Steve. Are you planning on sliders before Cruise Moab? We can get you through Flatiron Mesa without if we have to, but it's a whole lot more comfortable with them.

Jeff I think it would be interesting to see the data there, actual #s. Can we get that from CM registration?

Jealous! Why did I sell my 60? When you ruin your stock rear bumper dragging it on the rocks at Moab, I have another one that will hold you over until you put a real, trail-worthy bumper on there.

MountainGoat, this is Adam, Steve's younger brother. I won't be doing flat iron Mesa but it will have sliders before CM!
