Default Identify this pulley!

Hey all, I bought a de-smogged fj60 this week and have started to rifle through the parts to see what I scored. I found a Idler pulley with bracket in a box, brand new, with no paperwork or identifying marks.

Currently the a/c compressor, and power steering pump do not have a belt. No smog pump and no smog pump eliminator pulley. Im wondering if this is a smog pump eliminator bracket? Most I have seen are all pretty similar to each other... And this one looks different, and is an off the shelf item.

Anyway, it might not even be a cruiser part. Just wondering!

Jim C's looked like it had a nylon pulley, and looked much more homemade... although this could be a new version? It's cast.
