OME now sells pre-assembled fronts? That makes life a lot easier. Bummer about the bushings...

Kurt did the fronts, it was nice to just throw them on... super quick. I was half hoping that we could use the old bushing in the spring but that sucker wasn't coming out of the old springs without some fire and cutting. It's gonna be nice when we're done, big improvement.

Ah crap Marco and Keith! Who'd you buy them from? We got my dad's from Slee and they filled us in that we'd have to order the bushing separate. That is the one downside with those springs is they don't include them (which I have ZERO idea why. IMO, an oversight by ARB).

Nice work so far!

Good luck with the rest of the install!

$28 and a trip to Slee and we are back on the way. Hopefully we'll get it done tomorrow night. (I'm working tonight.)

The kit was ordered from Cruiser Outfitters.

To be fair, it isn't exactly a secret they are not included. We have it advertised on our site (as does OME) that you either need to re-use or replace them with a part number included. At least 1/2 of our customers have us install them before we ship the springs, the others plan to re-use or source their own. That said we are going to make a concerted effort to make sure folks understand this when ordering this. After chatting with Keith today and realizing his understandable frustration we are likely going to include the bushings in the kit. I'm expecting a tad bit of 'feedback' from those that don't want to pay the extra $ to have them automatically included versus XYZ vendor's price BUT I'd rather not have people in the same situation as Keith stuck 1/2 on an install. Hope that clears things up

Ah man, wasn't throwing stones at all! Just was curious. I found that to be odd when we put in the OME stuff, but thankfully we didn't end up like Keith, it was only through Slee's recommendation that we buy them. We would have totally missed it otherwise.

Anyway Kurt, again, not trying to stir up anything, and I think including them is a GREAT idea. Its silly that OME doesn't, and I think people will respond well to the added cost, once they figure out that they need the bushings anyway.

Cheers!
