Default Broke a part... Horn Contact

So I was out diagnosing my faulty horn today and I found the culprit, the spring "finger" contact that contacts the steering wheel hub wasn't contacting. It works like a needle on a record to make a free spinning contact. Behind the steering wheel hub.

What are my chances Toyota still carries this part?

Anybody got one? (76 FJ40)

My other option is to fab a new one...

At least I found the issue, it broke when I tried to manipulate it into contacting the hub again. I must have worked it like a paper clip for too long.

Here's where it attaches, beneath the ring terminal, and it indexes off the little nub to the right of the ring terminal.

Ah HAH! Now I have your key to come take your magic Land Cruiser away! Hahahaha!

Seriously, I don't know if they're still made, but it never hurts to try the dealer before checking for used ones and then either repairing your old one or making a new one from scratch. I'm looking forward to when the patent on selective laser sintering expires later this year and I can afford to buy some SLS 3D printers and make stuff out of metal and not just plastic.

Toyota has it new for $12, so that's an easy fix.
