Default New RTT Vendor?

I saw this Tacoma in Boulder. Looks like a clamshell RTT design similar to Maggiolina, but a local company. And I'm curious about the use of "Wildernest" as a brand name. As best I can tell, this isn't the same company as the one that built the pickup toppers with the fold out tent. Their website appears to be a single page with a Honda Pilot featured.

Anyone know about these guys?

Interesting since I'm the trademark holder for "WilderNest" and "WilderNest Adventure Campers" in the state of Colorado, well my company (Outdoor Engineering LLC) is anyway.

We shall see I guess.

The website for the tent Matt saw:
http://www.wildernesttents.com

My website:
http://www.wildernestcampers.com

I registered the trademarks in 4/4/2013:
http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/Trade...Id=20131217890
And my articles of incorporation on 4/3/2013:
http://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/Busin...Id=20131215745

I wonder if this is the articles of incorporation (on 8/19/2013) for this Wildernest.

I knew the Lowe rep back in the 1980's and used his prototype/pre-production nest with another climber. That orange rtt on the pilot is not a "wildernest". Then again the honda is not a "4WD".

As he seems to be using "WilderNest" as a stand alone name on his product I believe you have a good argument. If he used "WilderNest Tents" then I believe you would not have much ground to stand on.

Either way he obviously seems to want to capitalize on someone else's name. Hopefully I'm wrong.
