Travis I have a 4spd you can have uf the others fall through.

Right on, thanks guys. I think that I may actually need a 40 series tranny. IIRC, the 60 series trannys have a spacer on the rear so that an H55 can be swapped in lieu of.

I need to open up the box and take a look at it. I honestly don't know if it's an early or late model.

Ok, Robbie stopped by today and looked at the FJ60 Trans. It's a late model with the spacer. He said it had good splines. This is not the ideal candidate to put into a 40 since you'll have to modify the frame cross member to fit it and shorten the rear drive line substantially.

Let me know if you still want it. If so, I need it gone ASAP. THANKS!

I'll grab it just in case someone needs it in the future. Steve had a 40 series tranny that I picked up & shipped with the 40 to Oregon

What t-case are you planning to run behind the 4spd? Keep in mind there are two output versions of the 4 speed, 16 spline and 19 spline.
