Default Saving the old rust bucket...ih8mud

Ok I am probably the last person to know about this...

But quite possibly the most interesting narrative and one of the most well written ones i have ever read anywhere is over in the 40 section on mud.

I had heard about it here or there but never invested any time reading it.

Last night I couldn't sleep ... I saw the rustbucket story at the top of the stickies and started reading. I couldn't stop.
I read for 3 hours as Sea Knight wove his true tale with amazing skill hooking the reader chapter after chapter

If you are like me and somehow had not began reading that story..you will be very glad if you do imo...

He's still in Montana, but posted up some new content late last month.

holy cow, i was up to april of 2012 post dates, story was in Montana when I read your comment.

I thought to myself, must be another section of the story in Montana again later ...

nope, shockingly I caught up to the latest and he's still in Montana from the original storyline

here's hoping he finishes it out

Too long between chapters now...

Also it would be nice if one of the admin's posted the consecutive chapters without all the banter. there like 4 pages between some chapters. Hard to figure out where the next one is when you life doesn't revolve around mud.

I've long thought a good feature on these forums within a thread would be the ability to sort the posts...

like "view posts by" within a thread and have it displayed normally instead of clickable posts ....

or "view posts with - only picutres"

Thanks for the tip Mike, I started reading it a few days ago when you posted and I'm glad I did. Several chapters in now and I probably couldn't stop if I wanted to. I don't hit the 40 section often and probably wouldn't have started into such a long thread without a push. Great stuff!

I got hooked as well. Good people, good values, good music, good beer.
A redemptive part of MUD.
Same thoughts as you all: lost momentum and too many comments that do not tell part of the story.
Good stuff though!
