Default CVT Black Butte ground tent

I bought this tent for our camping trip to Crested Butte, and now that it's over I'd probably rather sell it than try to store it since we won't be camping again until next year sadly. Since I live in a one bedroom condo, storing it is pretty awkward, and it's the only downside to the tent for me - the length packed up is 6'7".I purchased it due to how fast and easy it is to set up, and it literally sets up in about 45 seconds. It's also very tall (over 6'6" tall) which is awesome for entry and exit and changing. It has tons of vents/windows, and a cool feature is that if you have a CVT awning it can hook directly up to it! We only used it one time for 2 nights, so there's no wear and tear on it.

The tent retails for $325 + $60 shipping, but I'll sell it for $240 for local pickup. I do not want to ship it because of the dimensions, and I just don't have time to pack it up. I can bring it to the rally Saturday as well.

Details from the website are:

http://www.cascadiatents.com/CVT-Bla...&s=664&&id=146

Closed they are 6'7" x 9" x 9" Open 6'6" wide x 7' deep 80" tall in the front and 60" in the rear.

Here's a couple of pictures from this weekend of the tent, and a couple from when I set it up at my folk's house when it was delivered (it was pouring outside lol). Please note in the first pic the tent is already out of it's carrying bag which looks like a big duffel.

Just goes to show you how all our tents are coming from the same factories in china. This is plainly cut from the same cloth as OZ Tent. I wonder why the big price difference.

In my research they appeared to be virtually the same, but the CVT was obviously a lot less than the competition. The fabric is top notch and general quality is excellent on this tent.

One of my least favorite things about camping is setting up camp, and it's unfortunately one of the reasons I've only gone twice in two years. This tent is literally an under one minute set up which I loved! The tent is also super tall which made changing and setting up inside a breeze too. We didn't have any wind to test it in and didn't even use the stakes since it was so calm, but it was extremely sturdy and is high quality. Pretty much the only reason I'm selling it is that I have so little free space in my place it's pretty awkward trying to decide where to put it. My garage spaces are just spaces in a shared garage, and I don't have a storage unit so there's just no good place for it anywhere. I could ask my folks to store it in their garage, but they liked the tent so much I think they'd use it with both of their dogs and get it really dirty

1 min. HMMMMM> I got a new tent but it takes two people to set up quickly. Is the rolled picture as small as it goes?

Still, I'm going to have to think very hard about this. That could be really cool.
