Default Anyone need anything dropped off or picked up between Colorado and Iowa?

I am headed to Davenport Sept 13-15 and will be driving from Summit County through Eastern Colorado and then taking 80 all the way to Davenport. Does anyone need anything dropped of or picked up? Cars, parts, anything? Let me know. Steve.

You can get it in Colorado now, but there is a rumor that the stuff we get is no longer the Iowa-made rye whiskey -- I've heard that they have so much demand that they are getting it made at a big distillery in Indiana. So if it's on the way, stop by and check it out. I'd buy a bottle (I'm a slow whiskey drinker). You might get some other folks to buy a bottle as well so you can get a whole case.

But if it's not on the way, don't worry about it.

Indeed Matt. They put it into bottles in Iowa so it can be said to come from Iowa.

For the time being Stranahan's is still made in the old Heavenly Daze brewery on Kalamath.

I had heard that Templeton had turned to the Indiana distillery to keep up with demand, and that you could still get their Iowa-made rye whiskey in Iowa. I wonder if that's true.

I'd also heard that you could get original recipe rye if you went directly to the Templeton distillery, and that it's only sold there.

I wonder if this is all hype.
