Default Emissions Test=Fail

I have a 99 4Runner and failed the NOx test, anyone know how to fix this and/or where? I only have ten days to get this done, or I will have to pay for another emissions test.

Whoa!

A '99 failing?

NOx can be governed by effective EGR, but to be honest, I do not have a clue about your vehicle's engine.

Fresh oil?
Clean air filter?
Clean plugs?

Did you get it good and warm before the test or drive it in relatively cold? I failed long ago once in my '82 pickup but after a good 15+ minute drive on the highway it passed no problem. If nothing else, after you address any other issues try this right before the retest.

BVB is compiling a list of emission test #s and what was done to get failed trucks to pass. In my case, an '88 Cruiser with aftermarket cat installed in 2003, passing required a new cat be installed before it passed with flying colors. A few more facts about your truck and the fail #s could be instructional for getting the help you ask for.

I dont know exectly what codes you're looking for, but here is what it says.

NOx Readings- 6.9437
Limits- 2.000

Should I be looking for something else?
Its a 99runner, v6, 4x4

Yes, but it was gonna post up my inspection report, cuz all I understand is pass and fail. File was too big though and can't figure out how to resize a pdf. I just have too much going on at once.

can you post up your other numbers too? Like HC, CO2, etc.? When something goes up, sometimes something else goes down and it might help you figure it out.
