You could try talking to Dave Garrick at 303-909-5314. He's a friend of mine and a is a telecom broker/reseller. He might be able to get you some better rates. Feel free to mention that I reffered you.

I am with att, and have been in the business for a while. Give me a call at my office, this afternoon or tomorrow, and I will give you some direction. I will not just spew att propaganda. There are a LOT of misconceptions around VOIP. Just remember, there is NO such thing as a free lunch, and there is no such thing as a free phone call as well.

once again I have an open source solution.
Asterisk.

Here is a company that will help you implement an enterprise class solution.

Dale came out, unboxed a server, a switch with POE and a few different phones, set it up and we were talkin' echo free.

Covad might be an option too:
"Covad VoIP PBX offers a single managed connection for voice and data to customers who won’t want on-premises gear to manage."

Go with Qwest...Not that I am biased or anything

Although they don't advertise it too openly they do sell VoIP services if that is what you are into...Personally, if your business relies heavily on phone communications I'm not sure I'd rely on VoIP just yet. In reality most of the cost savings comes from the regulatory taxes etc. that companies don't have to pay compared to traditional phone service.

Look for packaged deals and save some $$ doing so. If you need any help feel free to let me know.
