Default Moab simplicity

This is pretty funny, 364 miles to get to the Moab brewery and only ten steps in the directions. You got to love simplicity. From my house at least.

OK I tried to get a nice little link for this but goofed several times. Someone tell me how to do this, just wanted "Moab directions" to show.

Simple is good

Probably several ways to do what you want but a couple that I know now are:

If you go to www.tinyurl.com and copy/paste the url their you can create a tiny url such as this:

http://tinyurl.com/25twzz

It reduced the 1182 characters in your url down to 25.

The other way that you asked about (and so did I not too long ago ) is super simple once those that know point it out to you...

What you do is:
  1. Right click and copy the url you want to share
  2. In your post type the word(s) that you want to show up as your 'link'
  3. Highlight the word(s) then click on the "Insert Link" icon (it is the icon with the earth and the link that looks kind of like a paperclip)
  4. Paste the url there and click ok
Would look like this:

Moab directions

That is what I was looking for, I tried the second way you showed but did it a little bit wrong. Now I know better, thanks for the help.
