Was windy and cold this weekend 4/21. Rained a little on us. High of 68 as per my dash. May 1st inside my cruiser, will be a comfortable 68 with no chance of rain. Might use low setting on seat heaters if weather permits. Maybe open sunroof, again weather permitting. Spending night in 20degree down bag in back of cruiser. I've got plenty of sunblock for my left arm.

Well, spoke too soon perhaps. Now everything in that link above just cooled down about 3 degrees, so next Thursday is in the 70's w/ showers? I guess if it's windy & cold on Friday you'll have more exciting water, but hopefully it's not too bad. I've rafted in the cold before and as soon as you get in the 42 degree water you don't really notice.. if anything the cooler ambient temp makes the water less of a shock.
