I learned a while back to never call your vehicle a female name or even refer to it as a "girl." Living with a wife and three daughters I can tell you that while I love them dearly getting them to do what I would like often doesn't happen the way I would hope. I passed this advice on to Kipper one day on a trail when he was having issues with Long Grains starter. My advice made sense to him and he immediately stopped calling it "girl" or "sweetheart." The truck started and didn't act up again that day! Coincidence?

Name your rig after a favorite food.
Performance will be yummy. No gender issues.

I have an 87 4runner and I need some cheap rag top / bikini top ideas? I've heard about the YJ top but I want something for support before the roll bar.
any one have soft top pictures or ideas? I know one of you guys has it set up perfect and I've always been a cheater!

I would copy either Bill's or Scaldeddog, they have Can-Back tops, me drooling, those tops are tops in the field pun intended. I will be using my old Kayline soft top. Not as versatile but about a third the price. If you are going to Moab you will see them all there.

I now run my Can back most of the time, but used to run a cool Bikini top you are welcome to come look at.

It covers to the Roll Bar, and had 2 small bows... I originally stole the idea from Cheeseman.. I don't want to sell it because i am building another Runner for for my Brother....

With all that said, once you have have a Can Back, you will never go back.
The Frame does not look that hard to build
