I think I just found one, I will get the details later today. If not I'll pm you, thanks!

Total newbie here and I no longer have my cruiser (was a 76, sold it 4 years ago and I sure miss it) but I used to get parts from Blakes in Erie. They had several fj-40s there 5 years ago and it doesn't seem like the place that crushes them too often like some yards!

PS if anyone knows of a fj-45 SWB with a removeable top in any condition for the right price let me know!

Stopped at Blakes today, matter of fact. They have 1 92 FJ-80 that still has a few parts on it (front end damage including very bent front axle housing!) 3 or 4 60's (quite a few usable parts still), 1 FJ-62 (interior mostly gone but several good clean body panels and drive train) couple really stripped 55's and 4 or 5 40's fairly stripped but still a few good parts left. They have a ton of 1st and second gen P'U's still. Thats all I noticed. Their inventory is online now but the e-addy is in my truck still. They are like the other greedy vultures now and prices are high!

Oh....very soon (tomorrow) they will have a '73 F builder too!

That's too bad to hear they're becoming uppity and expensive!
I got a smog pump for like 10 bucks from them 5 years ago... best price I could find by about 100 bucks!

I agree! Two of the 40's they have out there came from me! I used to do quite a bit of biz with them. Once Crazy Dave left, Dan made the decision to price everything out of the book rather than market value. Hasn't been the same since!
