Default Wheres the snow?

Anyone seen any decent snow pack anywhere for cross country skiing?

I just got the 'go' from the surgeon for cross country skiing less than 3 months after having surgery so I'm chompin' at the bit here....

The place that usually has snow when no where else does is Brainard Lake. The north and south trails have so much tree cover that they retain snow pretty well. Although its still pretty early in the season, I'd take a beat pair of skis up there if you go.
