Default Motor Mounts

Doing some routine maintenance on the 40 last night I noticed that it looks like both my front motor mounts are split.

I've never replaced them before. Is there a procedure for replaceing them, or is it as simple as jacking up the front of the engine and swapping them out?

Anything else I should replace (like the rear mounts) ?

There is a nut and a bolt for each. Pick up the engine and swap them out. I would use a cherry picker. The rears usually don't need anything but make sure they are still there. The bolt likes to disappear inside the frame.
