Default heatriser bushing?

finally found an exhaust leak - seems to be coming from the front of the exhaust manifold, out the heat riser shaft thingie. I appears as though one would need to take off the manny to fix it(sigh)...is there another way to address this?

Actually if the bushing is gone (like mine was) you can just get a new bushing and pound it in (if there's enough room there) without taking anything off. The problem is that those are hot exhaust gases coming out so there's not really any better way to seal it that I know of...
