Default 40's Only Run!

This is the thread for the Official 40's Only Run to Kingston Peak.

With FJ40's becoming scarcer and scarcer on the trails, I thought maybe I would throw out the idea of a 40's Only Run. It's always fun to wheel with a bunch of cruisers similar in vintage, and as much as I admire newer cruisers, I think an old school run would be a lot of fun. So dust off your 40 and come out for an easy and scenic day of wheeling.

On Sunday, September 16 we'll be meeting in Rollinsville at 10am and heading up Kingston Peak. The route will lead us back down towards Idaho Springs and shouldn't take more than a few hours.

Post up if you can make it. Also, if you don't have a 40, there are always seats available if you want to ride along.

Here's the meeting point.

Default I'm in.

I'll be there for sure. I'm bringing along a buddy of mine who's an amateur photographer, he wants to shoot some landscapes and cruisers!

Looking forward to the run. I've also got something special in the works for participants.... guaranteed to be just about the coolest thing ever.

Very Cool! Something 40 specific from Nakman Labs maybe? Just don't sell your 40 before the run.

Yup, the hampsters upstairs have been working over time, spinning away on those wheels extra fast lately, I was actually a little suprised to see what they came up with.

And don't worry I'll still have a 40.
