ok - didn't know if it was plastic or not. I actually have an old account there I think... was it a smallish building that only carried mesh and hadn't been decorated since 1960?

Nothing extra needed, plugged into the factory harness and works. (Don't forget to unplug the factory amp behind the passenger front speaker that is next to the glovebox) I will need to change out a few amber LEDs though.
Thank you LexusBen and thank you Toyota

Your clock is still green......

Note to self: Dont buy a Lexus IsF, for that matter dont let LexusBen drive a Lexus IsF.....

so fwiw I suggest you to reconsider and just drop the thing prior to welding, you probably already have the seats out and all the carpet out again so a few floor jacks and 2x4's could support most the weight while you wiggle all the grab handles free and lower the sucker.

Plus think of all the LED wiring you could do in the ceiling with that headliner removed.. also run some sick coax for the radios, speaker wire, more coax for the DVD screens, cat5, whatever. I've heard it's thin, and fragile, but I've also heard it's "not that bad" to lower.. I'm sure you've read all the same posts though. either way, take a lot of pictures!
This one is for you Nakman

Let me know what I need and I'll throw it in. I wouldn't know what to buy. Keep in mind I have the African Outback roof rack on top now as well so that may be the new ground plane.

You might as well throw some leads up there for future needs while you have it out! Go get 'em sparky!

These are the holes left when you undomesticate the 80s. All holes have been welded and not one fire unless you count that sucker that branded my when it rolled off the drip rail.

The headliner is a lot more solid than the peeps on mud talk about. It will bend and break if you force it but it can be easily removed by one person without any worries. The fun today was dropping the sun roof assembly. Needed two sets of hands for that one. Turns out that half the holes are above the sunroof assembly.

One final observation....the glue? that holds the luggage strips to the roof took about 6 hours to remove. Good lord that stuff is nasty.
